Services offered

We offer elite guided trophy hunts in limited entry draw areas. We hunt whitetail deer, bull elk, cow elk, antelope, moose, bighorn sheep, mountain lion, gray wolf and Merriam’s wild turkey. We also offer an estate bison harvest from the ranch. We operate three high elevation camps in the Washakie Wilderness under Shoshone National Forest special use permit. We only guide a limited number of hunters each year to ensure the highest success rates. We understand if you have drawn this limited draw elk tag this may be a once in a lifetime hunt. Operating out of the Wood River Ranch adds a special bonus to the wilderness experience as your trip starts and ends from our ranch. We can tailor any hunt to meet your ability whether hunting on BLM, state, Forest Service, private lease or right here on our ranch. There’s only one Wood River Ranch Outfitters, LLC.
