Privacy Policy

Updated Sep 5, 2026

Effective date: September 5, 2026

This policy explains what information HuntingPrime.com (the “Site”) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The Site is operated by ActionNeuro LLC, 784 S. Clearwater Loop STE 4380, Post Falls, ID 83854, USA (“we”, “us”), which is the controller of any personal information processed through the Site.

The short version

  • There are no accounts, no newsletters and no advertising networks on this Site.
  • We measure traffic with Plausible Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-focused service that records aggregate page views and referrers without setting cookies, without storing full IP addresses, and without tracking you across other websites.
  • We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
  • Some gear articles contain affiliate links; clicking one takes you to the retailer, whose own privacy policy then applies.

1. Information we collect

  1. Aggregate analytics (Plausible). Plausible Analytics counts page views, referring sites, country, device type and browser family. It does not use cookies or local storage, does not create a persistent identifier for you, and hashes IP addresses with a daily-rotating salt so that no individual visitor can be identified from the reports we see. Plausible is hosted in the European Union and publishes its own data policy. We use these reports to understand which states and topics readers need.
  2. Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard web-server data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability, retained for a limited period under the host’s own policy.
  3. Information you send us. If you email us or send a correction, we receive what you choose to send, typically your name, email address and message. We use it only to reply, to act on the correction and to keep a record of it. We do not add you to any list.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and the Site is not directed at them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

2. Cookies

The Site does not set cookies. It does not use third-party advertising or social-media tracking scripts. Retailers reached through affiliate links may set their own cookies once you are on their site; that is governed by their policies. If you use a browser that sends the Global Privacy Control signal, nothing further is required, because we do not sell or share personal information in the first place.

3. How we use information

To operate, secure and improve the Site; to understand in aggregate how it is used; to answer messages and act on corrections; and to comply with law. We do not build profiles of readers and we do not send marketing.

4. Sharing

We share information only with the service providers who run the Site on our behalf (hosting, Plausible Analytics, and email), each bound to use it only for that purpose, and with authorities where required by law or to protect rights, safety or the integrity of the Site. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not give it to data brokers.

5. Retention

Server logs are kept for the limited period set by our host. Aggregate analytics contain no personal information and are kept indefinitely. Correspondence and correction records are kept for as long as they are useful for maintaining the Site’s accuracy, then deleted.

6. Your privacy rights

California residents have the right under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), to limit use of sensitive personal information (we collect none), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights of access, correction, deletion and portability.

To make a request, contact us from the email address the request concerns. We verify requests by replying to that address and respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may act for you with your signed permission. If we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our response. In practice, the only personal information we are likely to hold about you is email you have sent us.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR and UK GDPR, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Our legal bases are legitimate interest (operating and securing the Site, aggregate measurement that does not identify you, answering messages) and legal obligation. Data is processed in the United States.

7. Security

The Site is a static website with no user database, served over HTTPS. Email is not encrypted end to end; please do not send us sensitive information.

The Site links to state and federal agencies, retailers and other third parties. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies when you leave the Site.

9. Changes

We will post any revision here with a new effective date and flag material changes on this page for at least 30 days.
