These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HuntingPrime.com (the “Site”), operated by ActionNeuro LLC, an Idaho limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
The Site publishes reference information about hunting seasons, regulations, license fees, land access and field skills for selected U.S. states, compiled from state and federal agency publications. The Site is informational. It is not legal advice, it is not an official source of law or regulation, and we are not a government agency. The current publications of the relevant wildlife agency control in every case. See the Disclaimer for the full statement, which forms part of these Terms.
2. Permitted use
You may view the Site, print or save pages for personal, non-commercial use, and quote brief excerpts with a link and attribution to HuntingPrime.com. You may not:
- copy, scrape, harvest or republish substantial portions of the Site, its data files or its images, whether manually or by automated means, without our prior written permission;
- use the Site’s content to train machine-learning models or to build a competing dataset or service;
- frame the Site, remove notices, or misrepresent the source of its content;
- interfere with the Site’s operation, probe its security, or transmit malicious code;
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Search engines may index the Site in accordance with our robots directives.
3. Intellectual property
The text, data compilations, graphics, code and design of the Site are owned by ActionNeuro LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Agency names and government publications referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners; season dates, limits and fees themselves are public facts, but our selection, arrangement, annotations and presentation are ours. “HuntingPrime” is a trade name of ActionNeuro LLC.
4. Submissions
If you send us corrections, tips, comments or other material, you grant ActionNeuro LLC a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, edit and publish it in connection with the Site. You confirm you have the right to submit it. We are not obliged to publish or credit submissions, and we may remove any submission at our discretion. Do not send confidential information.
5. Affiliate links
Some gear pages contain affiliate links that may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate programs do not review or influence editorial content. See the Affiliate Disclosure. Transactions with retailers are solely between you and them.
6. Third-party sites
The Site links to agency websites and other third-party resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
7. No warranty
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ActionNeuro LLC and its members, editors, contributors and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, income or opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of or reliance on the Site, even if advised of the possibility. This includes, without limitation, citations, fines, licence penalties, injury or property damage connected with hunting activity. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the extent the law permits.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ActionNeuro LLC and its members, editors and contributors from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Copyright complaints
If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) to our designated agent: ActionNeuro LLC, 784 S. Clearwater Loop STE 4380, Post Falls, ID 83854, USA, or brent@actionneuro.com, including identification of the work, the location of the material on the Site, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.
11. Changes and termination
We may change the Site or these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or block access to anyone who violates these Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kootenai County, Idaho, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
